Finessing a demolition challenge marked the start of this remodel project. We removed much of the original structure by hand since equipment access to the back of the property was blocked. The new 3,200-square-foot home offers remarkable ocean views from the master bedroom and downstairs office. Alcoves in the living room showcase our clients' art collection. In the master bathroom, a sheet of custom-carved art glass above the spa personalizes this special, private space.
